Everything was great, I recommend. The place was clean with a very good staff at the beginning of the meal instead of being rudely talked to by the manager. The atmosphere created was family! Really enjoyed the way my family room was arranged with bouncy mattresses and a whirlpool tub plus 2 queen beds. The location was marvellous, if you need to be next to a basilica and a cathedral. I ate at the in-house restaurant near the hotel.

The pool was a hit with the kids, and we enjoyed a fantastic tour highlighting the history and unique details of the hotel. The friendly staff, and the overall ambiance was a lovely blend of charm and elegance.
In my wife's opinion, the cleanliness could be better. The floors needed attention. It would be great if they improved room maintenance to accommodate families with kids.

This exotic hotel was a comfortable base for celebrating anniversary. The restaurant here was nice for breakfast, we both ordered excellent dishes. Coffee and tea making equipment, a refrigerator, and glassware were a huge plus. Appreciated it during our relaxing stay.

The staff were really good, especially Matiana at the front desk who was super friendly and helped us with all our requests.
It wasn't cheap but still acceptable given the amenities and service.

We got room with nice decor and a large bathroom to relax. The pool was lovely, marvellous breakfasts with an ample amount of food, bacon.

The room was verysuper clean and cozy, and the staff were very good too help us. They even accommodated our request for late check-out. The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything, with great nearby dining options and beautiful galleries.
